Return & Exchange Policy
* Returns & Exchange can be made within 3 DAYS after item has been received with official receipt with tags still attached.
* Exchange is strictly reserved for cases of product defects, damages, or mistaken delivery.
* Exchange of item is subject to stock availability.
* Exchange strictly allowed only for the same item, colour and size.
* Refund is strictly not allowed.
* Customers must consult our person-in-charge before proceeding with the returns/ exchange.
* Item must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.
* All sale, as-is, defective item and promotional with discount / coupon / vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
* Please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing helohijabe@gmail.com and provide your order number, your name, phone number and address, details of the product and the reason for return for exchange.
* Upon receiving the returned products, we will examine and advise you on the status of the replacement (if any) via Whatsapp as soon as possible. If item is not in their original condition, we will return the item to customer using JNT pay at drop off.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGED
* Item that is damaged by tearing, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume.
* Item that has been wash, altered and iron. (Shorten / hemmed)
* Item that has been stained by make up, food, ink etc.
* Item defect caused by customer.
* Item with no invoice or purchase receipt
* Exceeded 3 days from date of item received.
